Client information and approval
The client must supply accurate vacancy information, including role, salary, location, duty time, benefits and eligibility. The client approves vacancy communication before launch.
Client-side hiring
The client handles candidate calling, job explanation, information verification, interviews, final selection, salary discussion, offer, documentation, hiring and joining follow-up.
Campaign response
Response varies by role, location, salary, conditions, candidate availability, market demand, campaign response and the client’s response speed. TRM does not guarantee hiring, joining or enquiry volume.
Pricing and recharge
Prices may vary by role, location, category count and campaign scope. A recharge re-promotes the same or substantially unchanged vacancy; it is not staff replacement or an outcome guarantee.
Client logos and website content
Client logos are displayed only where permission has been confirmed. Inclusion represents a selected campaign engagement and does not imply endorsement or an ongoing partnership. Website content and service information may be updated.
